We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive exceptional customer experiences, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and value realization of the Kyber platform.
Responsibilities:
You'll engage directly with enterprise clients to:
Drive Customer Success:
Ensure seamless onboarding, training, and implementation of the Kyber platform.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
Become the Technical Liaison:
Act as the bridge between customers and our product and engineering teams, translating client feedback into actionable product improvements along with detailed and well organized tickets.
Lead technical demonstrations and workshops, showcasing platform capabilities tailored to client-specific workflows.
Service Configuration Requirements:
Update customer deployments by directly modifying database or JSON configurations to align with evolving account requirements.
Monitor & Optimize Customer Health:
Track key performance metrics and proactively address potential risks to customer retention and satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their pain points and identify potential product expansion opportunities.
What We’re Looking For in You:
Technically Skilled & Customer-Focused:
Demonstrated experience with enterprise SaaS products, ideally involving complex integrations, configurations, or AI-driven workflows.
Ability to rapidly understand and address technical challenges clients face.
Exceptional Communicator:
Skilled at conveying complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Boundless Patience & Empathy:
Able to to empathize with a wide variety of people with varying levels of technical acumen to relate with the problem they’re facing in the moment, and guide them through to a solution.
Proactive Problem Solver:
Adept at identifying issues, quickly delivering effective solutions, and improving processes to proactively prevent recurring problems.
Team Player with an Owner’s Mindset:
You thrive on problem solving and owning your business, and will roll up your sleeves to do whatever it takes to get things done.
